There are lots of online cardio classes and strength training on-line.
We suggest Peloton because they offer 10 min sessions that are excellent for beginners. No equipment needed just your body weight.

How can you calm down to meditate when your head is spinning out of control? Well it takes practice BUT as you practice even from the first session, you feel your ability to control the spin and with each session you take back more control of your nervous system. Lots of Free Courses but try this to start.
We are experiencing a collective event. Its rare now days for even a small percentage of society to view the same TV show, yet here we are all experiencing this pandemic.
